What if the glass breaks?
I can replace the glass lenses and contents if you send me the kaleidoscope. There is a.00 fee for this repair.

What if the objective does not turn?
If the objective does not turn when you receive it return it and I will replace it. If the mechanism gets tight over time put two drops of Three-in One oil in the seam between the objective and coupling and wait an hour. This should loosen it.

What if the objective’s contents get jammed together?

Hold the kaleidoscope vertically and gently shake it. This should loosen the pieces.

What is a trapezoidal mirror arrangement?
Two mirrors facing each other but wider at one end than the other produce rectangular images that fan out over the distance of the mirrors. This is what I call a trapezoidal arrangement and varies from the traditional setup, which produces triangular images.
